Order Processing:

The processing and packaging of orders in our facility will take 1-3 business days. Our shipping department ships daily, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This timeline may be delayed during sales and around holidays.

Accommodations:

We use USPS, UPS and sometime FEDEX services for shipments within and outside the United States.

We will happily take requests from customers who desire a faster processing time. We understand our products are used to improve and support optimal health. If you need your products faster please email us directly, including your order number and shipping address. We may charge a small fee

Shipping Time:

Naturehealsus is not in control of shipping delays. These companies operate outside of Naturehealsus. We will do our best to support you if your order has been lost, stolen, or delayed. Please expect delays during December and January as the shipping carriers have a large volume of packages traveling at this time. There is no guarantee on delivery times, and orders will not be refunded unless lost, stolen, or undelivered.

International Shipping

Naturehealsus is not liable for customs fees or duties the destination country may impose. Customs fees are the responsibility of the importer or the recipient of the goods, and any fees or taxes assessed by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Please know any fees your country may impose before purchasing from Naturehealsus.

Orders returned to Naturehealsus due to unpaid destination county import fees may be refunded, excluding the cost of shipping when the order is returned to Lost Empire Herbs.
